Fabric weight: 280 gsm
It's has aprox 60% stretch in width and 60% stretch in lenght.
It have nice recovery but it's NOT squad proof, so this white sports of lycra will be visible when it's stretched. It's average thickness compare to other sport althetic.
Would work best for athletic wear, leggins, dance wear, sport bra, sport t-shirts but I would recomend to make it maybe size bigger so it's not as tight.
