By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. 


All payments in our shop are made securely through Stripe. You can also choose manual payment which you can made either with your bank account straight to our bank account in Permanent PTSB Bank or you can choose Revolut banking as following information in email after purchase. Stripe is a secure platform which is using very strong anti-fraud technology to keep your information safe and secure.

Shipping is added to the cost of the goods purchased at the checkout. Postage is set at a flat rate and it’s possible only by courier GLS at the moment. This is subject to change.

  • Sell, rent or sub-license fabrics, photos or other materials from Eco-bee

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy fabrics, photos or other materials from Eco-bee

  • Redistribute content from Eco-bee

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

As we know lots of you are owners of sewing businesses we will be happy to support you and in this exemption you can use photos of fabrics from our page but please mind they need to have our branding logo and can be published ONLY in original form.




If you wish to receive fabric samples please contact with us at but please be aware you will be charge 2 eu for postage by An Post.

If you wish to add some samples to your order please add this as note to your order or email us.



If refund is necessary it will be done to your account. In any case if refund will be necessary to made you will be informed in front.


As fabrics (and few other as elastics, ropes etc.) are cut by your specific measurements return is possible when fabrics or other pre-cut goods are faulty only.


Please check your fabric carefully as you receive them and before pre-washing!

And if anything is wrong please contact with us in next 24h from receiving your parcel with clear photos and description at and we will be happy to help you with refund or we will resend another piece of fabric.


That can happened as we are a humans and we can miss something, even we checking carefully each piece of fabric before it’s send to you. :)

You can return items other then fabrics or pre-cut goods up to 14 days from the day you receive your purchase. Please be aware you need to cover postal costs in this matter. A full refund will be issued once the goods will be received back in Eco-bee.


Please be aware fabrics which are sell with description as „printing error”, „faulty”, „damage” etc. can not be returned as description is clear about damage.

No liability will be accepted for the inproper washing or drying of fabrics which may result in shrinkage or transfer of colours, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure fabrics are washed with similar colours and at the correct temperature.

It is advised that all fabric purchased needs to be prewashed to the correct instructions (which you can find under description on each type of fabric) before making your garment.. Pre Washing new fabrics generally ensures that there will be no uneven shrinkage and no transfer of colours when the finished piece is washed.


Please make sure to wash your fabric with similar colours or separately, and with colour catching sheets if possible as they always can have bit of dye left.


If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email or phone call immediately. Usually we are sending parcels next day or if they made before 10am sometimes might be same day. We will issue a refund to you. However if an order has already been dispatched you have 14 days to cancel the order from the day you receive the parcel. It’s same rule as a returning items then. You will be liable for the return postage costs.


Exceptions are fabrics or other items which are cut by order (elastics, ropes etc.) as we are not able to resell it at the same price (we took off 25% of original price for the pre cut items in case of cancelation). Please message us at and we will try to find solutions if you're not happy.

Please note that if we can process your request to cancel your order but your shipping label has already been purchased by us on your behalf you will still be charged the standard rate of delivery for the cost of the label. Shipping labels are valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase so you can redeem your shipping charge on any subsequent orders within this 2 week period.

Changes to products and prices:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any products or offers without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

By using our page you agree to Terms and Conditions, Policy Privacy and Delivery and Payment rules.

You may have a right to open your account in anytime if you over 18 years old, but please be aware we have a right to close your account in any time as rules or conditions of this page will be violated or if you will act to the detriment of the store by posting untrue or harmful information about our shop on any platform such as Instagram, Facebook, Facebook groups etc.

We have a legal right to refuse sell without any reason if we feel is in our best interest. In this case you will be informed about that by email or by letter from our solicitor and refund will be issued by Stripe platform.

Reward points program and discounts:

In our store you can use our reward point program "Smile" which will allowed you to gather points and after you gather min 100 points you can generate discount code and use it at checkout to lower total in your basket.

We do not take any responsibility for faults in points generating system as it's third part program and we have no control over that. We do might after your request check amount of points and adjust them manually but please be aware we do not do that on daily basis and we do not checking points after each order.

We wish you to know any refunds on your order can be made by adding right amount of points to your program but before that will happened we will contact with you as it's in our best interest to get you informed about any problems or out of stock items from your order.

We have a right to close your reward point system in anytime if the rules of this page will be violated and we do not taking responsibility for points which you gather before. Points can't be withdrawn in cash in any case - it's only a system which helps you to lower your total in checkout. 

Also in our shop you can use vouchers or other discount codes which are generated by us and announced in main shop page, Facebook page, Instagram page or our Facebook group related to the shop and other ways not mentioned here.


If you wish to use voucher or discount code please use it at checkout as once you forget we can't do it our self.

Also if you will use any discount code which you not suppose such as "new members" code if you're not new member we reserve a right to cancel your order or ask for a full payment for goods.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance. 


We offer print your own design service. All information about how it works and what's expecting delivery time

you can find under each product.

However as those are products strict made by order with your own design please be aware this fabrics can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible if you will not give us sizing for each design, however we do offer this service usually and we doing sizing ourself to help you make this experience as easy as possible :)

You need to provide the best quality file as you can get but please be aware some files which are sold by artists are not great to be printed.

Eco-bee is not responsible for usage of patterns. It's not on our gesture to control from where our customers and how they buy/use patterns. We do not take responsibility if patterns are bought in websites such us Shutterstock, iStock, Etsy etc. and used without licence for commercial purposes. Please be sure you buying commercial licence if you intend to use fabrics for business purposes or to resell.


Eco-bee offers fabrics or other goods in pre-order which means you can buy them in certain time but you will receive them delayed in time frames which states to each pre-order goods. Usually it's about 3-4 weeks but this might change as we working with lots of suppliers and all of them have different time frames for printing or sending goods to us. 

Please note if you make order with pre-order goods and other in stock goods your order will be send once we will complete all of the goods from your order. In some cases we might send them faster but that's only our good will. If you wish we can send your "in stock" items faster but please let us know about that, and note you will be then charge for extra courier when pre-order will arrive. 

If you wish to cancel your pre-order fabric you will be charge 10% of original price. 

We have right to change out terms and conditions any time without any notice.
