Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before accessing or using our website.

By accessing or using any portion of the site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, you may not access the website or utilize any of its services.

Payments:

All payments made in our shop are securely processed through Stripe. Alternatively, you have the option of manual payment, where you can transfer funds directly from your bank account to our Permanent PTSB Bank account oe Revolut Bank. Upon selecting manual payment, you will receive further instructions via email, including details for our banking accounts.

Stripe is a trusted platform known for its robust anti-fraud technology, ensuring the safety and security of your information throughout the payment process.

 

Delivery & Shipping:

Shipping costs are added to the total cost of goods purchased during checkout. Currently, postage is set at a flat rate and is exclusively facilitated by Fastway or GLS courier services.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access the content on Eco-bee for your personal use, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions.

You are prohibited from:

  • Republishing fabrics, photos, or any other materials from Eco-bee.

  • Selling, renting, or sub-licensing fabrics, photos, or any other materials from Eco-bee.

  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying fabrics, photos, or any other materials from Eco-bee.

  • Redistributing content from Eco-bee.

 

This Agreement takes effect from the date of its publication.

Given that many of you own sewing businesses, we are pleased to offer support. Under this exemption, you are permitted to use photos of fabrics from our website, provided they include our branding logo and are only published in their original form.

Samples:

If you'd like to receive fabric samples, please reach out to us at ecobee.shop.ie@gmail.com. Kindly note that postage charges by An Post will apply.

If you'd like to include samples with your order, please add a note to your order during checkout or email us separately. We're happy to accommodate your request.

Refunds:

In the event that a refund is necessary, it will be processed using the same method of payment as your original order. If a refund is required, you will be notified in advance. Your understanding is appreciated.

Returns:
 

Returns are accepted for fabrics and pre-cut goods only if they are faulty.

 

Please inspect your fabric upon receipt and before pre-washing. If you encounter any issues, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photos and a description at ecobee.shop.ie@gmail.com. We will gladly assist you with a refund or send a replacement piece of fabric. Despite our thorough checks, human errors may occur.

For items other than fabrics or pre-cut goods, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for covering postage costs for returns. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods at Eco-bee.

Please note that fabrics sold with descriptions such as "printing error", "faulty", "damage", etc., cannot be returned as the description clearly indicates the condition of the fabric.

Fabric Care:

We do not accept liability for improper washing or drying of fabrics, which may result in shrinkage or color transfer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that fabrics are washed with similar colors and at the correct temperature.

We advise pre-washing all purchased fabrics according to the instructions provided under each fabric type's description. Pre-washing helps to prevent uneven shrinkage and color transfer when the finished garment is washed.

Please wash your fabric with similar colors or separately, and consider using color-catching sheets, as there may be residual dye present.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone call. We typically dispatch parcels the next day, or on the same day if orders are made before 10 am. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a refund to you promptly.

 

However, if an order has already been dispatched, you have 14 days from the day you receive the parcel to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Please note that there are exceptions for fabrics or other items cut to order (such as elastics, ropes, etc.). As we cannot resell these items at the original price, a 25% deduction from the original price is applied for pre-cut items in case of cancellation. If you're not satisfied, please message us at ecobee.shop.ie@gmail.com, and we will endeavor to find a suitable solution.

Additionally, if we process your request to cancel an order but have already purchased the shipping label on your behalf, you will still be charged the standard rate of delivery for the cost of the label. Shipping labels remain valid for two weeks from the date of purchase, allowing you to redeem the shipping charge on any subsequent orders within this two-week period.

Please be advised that prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or offers at any time without notice.

We shall not be held liable to you or any third-party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Personal accounts and details:

By accessing our website, you agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Delivery and Payment rules.

You have the right to create an account at any time if you are over 18 years old. However, please be aware that we reserve the right to close your account if you violate the rules or conditions outlined on our page. This includes posting untrue or harmful information about our shop on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or Facebook groups.

We retain the legal right to refuse a sale without providing a reason if we believe it is in the best interest of our store. Should such a situation arise, you will be notified via email or by letter from our solicitor, and any necessary refunds will be processed through the Stripe platform.

Reward points program and discounts:

Our store offers a reward points program called "Smile," allowing you to accumulate points. Once you have collected a minimum of 100 points, you can generate a discount code to use at checkout to reduce the total cost of your basket.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for any faults in the points generating system, as it is a third-party program over which we have no control. While we may manually check and adjust points upon request, this is not done on a daily basis or after each order.

Refunds on your order may be made by adding the appropriate number of points to your program. However, before this occurs, we will contact you to inform you of any issues or out-of-stock items in your order.

We reserve the right to close your reward points system at any time if the rules of our page are violated. We do not take responsibility for points accumulated before the closure. Points cannot be withdrawn as cash; they are solely intended to lower your total at checkout.

 

Vouchers and Discount Codes:

Additionally, our shop offers vouchers or other discount codes that are generated by us and announced on our main shop page, Facebook page, Instagram page, or our Facebook group related to the shop.

If you wish to use a voucher or discount code, please ensure to apply it at checkout, as we are unable to do so on your behalf after the transaction.

Please note that misuse of discount codes, such as using a "new member" code when not a new member, may result in the cancellation of your order or a request for full payment for the goods.

Changes to Discounts:

Discounts on our page are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or offers at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuances.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards are available for purchase starting from 10 euros and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please be aware that our gift cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed for purchases in our store. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash exchanges for gift cards. Once a gift card expires, any remaining balance cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you in our shop!

PRINT YOUR OWN

We offer a print your own design service, and detailed information about how it works and expected delivery times can be found under each product.

Please be aware that these products are strictly made-to-order with your own design, and as such, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

While we typically offer sizing services to assist you, we are not responsible if sizing information is not provided for each design. However, we strive to make this process as seamless as possible for you.

It is essential to provide the highest quality file possible for printing. Please note that some files purchased from artists may not be suitable for printing.

Pattern Usage:

Eco-bee is not responsible for the usage of patterns.

 

We do not monitor where our customers obtain their patterns or how they are used.

 

We do not take responsibility if patterns are purchased from websites such as Shutterstock, iStock, Etsy, etc., and used without a license for commercial purposes.

Please ensure you purchase a commercial license if you intend to use fabrics for business purposes or resale.

PRE-ORDERS

Eco-bee offers fabrics and other goods for pre-order, allowing you to purchase them during a specified period with the understanding that delivery will be delayed. The estimated time frames for pre-order goods are stated with each product, typically ranging from 3 to 4 weeks.

 

However, please note that these time frames may vary, as we collaborate with multiple suppliers, each with their own printing and shipping schedules.

When placing an order containing both pre-order and in-stock items, please be aware that your order will be dispatched once all items are available. While we may expedite the shipping process at times, this is subject to our discretion. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please inform us. In such cases, additional courier charges may apply when the pre-ordered items arrive.

 

 

Should you wish to cancel your pre-order for any reason, a cancellation fee of 10% of the original price will be incurred.
