 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ECO-BEE SHOP

By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

Payments
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, SumUp, bank transfer, or Revolut. Manual payment instructions are sent by email. PayPal is not accepted.

 

Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are shipped once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday.

  • Shipping costs are added at checkout.

  • Republic of Ireland: GLS €7.50 (free for orders over €100)

  • Northern Ireland: €9

  • UK (excluding NI): €20 — approx. 5–7 working days

  • Europe & Worldwide: GLS or An Post — contact us for rates.

  • Local Pick-Up: Midleton, Co. Cork, by prior appointment only.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted only for faulty fabrics or pre-cut items. Report within 24 hours with photos; we will provide a refund or replacement.

  • Other items can be returned within 14 regular days; buyer pays return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • Fabrics sold as “faulty” or “printing error” cannot be returned.

 

Cancellations

  • Contact us immediately to cancel. If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund is issued.

  • Pre-cut or made-to-order items: 25% deduction applies. Buyer pays return shipping for dispatched orders.

 

Fabric Care
Customers are responsible for correct washing. Pre-wash all fabrics before sewing to prevent shrinkage or color transfer.

 

Cookies & Privacy

Intellectual Property
All content on Eco-Bee (text, images, etc.) is protected. Personal use only.
Sewing businesses may use fabric photos with Eco-Bee branding and in original form only.

 

Accounts for Users Over 18 – Account Closure
We may close your account if:

  • You violate our Terms & Conditions,

  • You misuse our return policy or place invalid orders,

  • You behave offensively or threaten our systems’ security.

We will notify you if your account is closed and explain the reason where possible. Account closures are never based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

You can still access your personal data according to our Privacy Policy and data protection laws (including GDPR).

 

Print Your Own – Made-to-Order
Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Provide high-quality files; we are not responsible for errors due to poor-quality files.

 

Changes to Products & Prices
We reserve the right to change prices or products at any time without notice.
