At our site, you can make payments using debit or credit cards, as well as through traditional bank transfers or Revolut.

Please note that we do not offer PayPal as a payment option due to our disagreement with their policies and the associated charges they impose on small businesses.

Order Dispatch:

All orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.

​

If you have ordered both in-stock and pre-order items together, they will be shipped together once the pre-order items have arrived.

 

If you prefer not to wait for pre-order items, we recommend placing separate orders: one for in-stock items and another for pre-order items.

Delivery & Shipping:

Shipping costs are added to the total cost of goods purchased during checkout. Our postage is set at a flat rate for your convenience.

 

Parcels are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders placed after 9 am are more likely to be dispatched on the next working day.

Republic of Ireland Shipping Options:

​

• Fastway Courier or GLS: Orders over 60 Euro qualify for free shipping.

• Flat Rate Fastway: For orders below 60 Euro, shipping is 6.50 Euro.

• Local Delivery in Cork Area:

  • Midleton/Cobh/Castlemartyr: 3 Euro (free for orders over 40 Euro)

  • Cork Country (up to 30km from Midleton): 5 Euro (free for orders over 40 Euro)

• An Post: Small parcels can be shipped for 3 Euro, but this option is available only for small letter envelopes containing items like needles, small amounts of elastics, buttons, etc. Fabrics will not be sent via An Post under any circumstances, as their charges depend on weight. If selected for fabric orders, you will be asked to pay the full courier charge.

• Add to Another Parcel: This option is only available for orders that have not been shipped yet. Once you receive an email with your GLS/Fastway tracking number, this option is no longer available. If chosen and your parcel has already been shipped, we will contact you to discuss options, including canceling the order, paying for standard flat-rate shipping, or holding your order for future shipment.

• Put on the Shelf for Later: This option allows you to accumulate orders to save on shipping costs. When you're ready to have your orders shipped, simply inform us via email, Facebook/Instagram message, or in the notes section during checkout. Alternatively, choose the "shelf ready to send" option in the delivery section.

 

Local Pick Up Option: AVAILABLE only in Midleton co. Cork and surrounding area +/-10 km

Returns:

 

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the fabric is damaged. Clear photographic evidence of the damaged fabric must be sent to ecobee.shop.ie@gmail.com or via our Instagram or Facebook account within 24 hours of receiving the fabric. Failure to do so will result in non-return.

​

For items other than fabric, such as buttons, zippers, etc. (items not pre-cut for order), if you wish to return them for any reason, please contact us. The return period is 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
