Payments
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and Revolut.
PayPal is not available due to policy disagreements and high fees for small businesses.

 

Order Dispatch

• Orders for in-stock items are shipped once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday.

• Orders combining in-stock and pre-order items are shipped together when all items are available.

• If you don’t want to wait, place separate orders for in-stock items.

 

Delivery & Shipping

• Shipping costs are added at checkout.

• Republic of Ireland: GLS €7.50, free for orders over €100

• Northern Ireland: €9 flat rate

• UK (excluding Northern Ireland): €20, delivery approx. 5–7 working days

• Europe & Worldwide: GLS or An Post; contact us for rates if not listed.

 

Additional Options

• Add to Another Parcel: Only for orders not yet shipped. After shipment, we’ll contact you to discuss options.

 

Local Pick-Up
Available in Midleton, Co. Cork by prior appointment only.

 

Returns

• Accepted only for damaged fabric (unless sold as damaged). Provide clear photos within 24 hours.

• Non-fabric items (buttons, zippers) can be returned; contact us first.

• Return period: 14 regular days from delivery.
